Refund & Cancellation Policy – Global Adventure Trips

This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made through Global Adventure Trips.
1. General Policy
All bookings made through Global Adventure Trips are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual tour operator or service provider.
Global Adventure Trips does not guarantee refunds.
2. Deposits & Payments
- All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Full or partial payments may be required to confirm bookings.
- By making a payment, you agree to this policy.
3. Customer Cancellations
If you cancel your booking:
- Refund eligibility depends entirely on the operator’s policy
- Service fees charged by Global Adventure Trips are non-refundable
- Any administrative or processing fees will be deducted
4. Operator Cancellations
If a tour operator cancels:
- You may be offered a reschedule or credit
- Refunds (if any) are determined by the operator
- Global Adventure Trips is not responsible for additional costs incurred
5. No-Shows
Failure to appear for your booking (“no-show”) will result in:
- No refund
- Full loss of payment
6. Travel Disruptions
No refunds will be provided for:
- Weather conditions
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Personal circumstances
- Government restrictions or travel advisories
7. Modifications
Changes to bookings:
- Are subject to availability
- May incur additional fees
- Are not guaranteed
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
By booking through our platform, you agree:
- Not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us
- That disputes will be handled based on this policy and the operator’s terms
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Denial of future service
- Additional administrative fees
9. Service Fees
Global Adventure Trips may charge service or booking fees. These fees are:
- Non-refundable
- Separate from operator charges
10. Final Sale Clause
All bookings may be considered final sale, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
